BreezoMeter is seeking to expand its customer success team. The candidate should be passionate about engaging with customers to maximize product value and improve peoples’ health.

Candidates should have past experience in B2B SAAS/DAAS pre-sales, and with a strong engineering basis.

Responsibilities & Activities

  • Defining content and strategy to satisfy our customers.
  • Driving renewals and identifying up sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors, champions and other stakeholders.
  • Establish and oversee the product launch process and customer adoption and engagement.
  • Working closely with our product team on the product vision and roadmap and communicating product changes and limitation strategically to the customers.
  • Onboarding customers: from executive alignment, through solution design until successful go-live.


  • 5 years minimum experience Pre-sale/Customer Success for large companies with SaaS/DaaS business model. Preferred managerial experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in software engineering or equivalent technical experience
  • Experience in working with web services/APIs and integrating them with mobile apps
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passion to impact human health & wellness
  • English as a native tongue

Travel Requirements: BreezoMeter's office is based in Haifa and the candidate need to have flexibility for business travel. Travel = 15%-20%.

Working hours: willingness to work US hours as necessary.
