Sales Development Representative

A global B2B company located in Haifa is looking for an energetic member to join our team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all outbound efforts of expansion to new companies and business units
  • Create target prospects lists and execute cold outreach via phone, email and social media
  • Manage a high volume of outgoing and follow-up calls/emails daily and lead qualification
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Hubspot CRM.
  • Schedule qualified prospects for sales calls
  • Achieve quarterly targets set by management

Requirements

  • Native English level must
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B, high-touch, email/phone prospecting experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Analytically driven, resourceful, and creative professionals
  • A self-starter who has demonstrated success in prospecting and beating quota
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems (preferably Hubspot)
