Sales Development Representative

As a Breezometer SDR you will play a key role in generating new business for the company. You will be responsible for contacting leads, qualifying them as prospects, educating them about the product or service and scheduling the meetings with the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries in defined time
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
  • Convey Breezometer’s value proposition
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled meetings with your Account Executives
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices
  • Work closely with marketing and sales in order to optimize leads conversions

Requirements

  • Native North American with flawless professional English communication skills ( written, verbal, presentation) is a must
  • At least 2 years of sales in enterprise tech is a must. (SaaS/DaaS)
  • Hungry to be on as much calls as possible every day to convert new opportunities is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is a must
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by BreezoMeter
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
  • Brings new ideas to the company
