A global B2B company located in Haifa is looking for an energetic member to join our team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative.
- Responsible for all outbound efforts of expansion to new companies and business units
- Create target prospects lists and execute cold outreach via phone, email and social media
- Manage a high volume of outgoing and follow-up calls/emails daily and lead qualification
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
- Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Hubspot CRM.
- Schedule qualified prospects for sales calls
- Achieve quarterly targets set by management
- Native English level must
- Minimum 2 years of B2B, high-touch, email/phone prospecting experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Analytically driven, resourceful, and creative professionals
- A self-starter who has demonstrated success in prospecting and beating quota
- Familiarity with CRM Systems (preferably Hubspot)
