BreezoMeter is looking for a Marketing Director to develop, execute and manage the company’s marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to manage and grow BreezoMeter’s marketing team and activities in Israel. The ideal candidate is an expert in B2B marketing with proven success at generating leads via traditional and cutting-edge marketing strategies. The candidate must have previous experience managing a team, and is comfortable leading all types of marketing campaigns and activities. The marketing director will lead all marketing activities for the company and strive towards excellent quality of service and growth. This role demands excellent prioritization and project management skills, a high level of creativity & attention to details.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness, including but not limited to:
    • SEO
    • SEM
    • Social Media
    • Online content & blogging
    • Email marketing
    • Event
    • PR
  • Manage marketing budget.
  • Support sales activities and help the sales team reach their targets.
  • Define areas for improvement and lead to make the changes needed happen.
  • Develop marketing & branding materials (Brochures, rollups, etc.).
  • Analyze & report on performance and key objectives
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, participate and lead mutual activities
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience to BreezoMeter properties (including customers use cases, blog posts, white-papers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Develop BreezoMeter event strategy, including event planning, working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.
  • Establish a sustainable, strategic approach to PR, Collaborate with BreezoMeter team to craft and pitch press releases and thought leadership columns.

Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least FIVE years of experience in B2B marketing, leading customer acquisition online and offline.
  • Excellent knowledge of Hubspot Sales & Marketing software, Google Analytics, Social Media & Paid search software
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding marketing related goals.
  • Great communications skills. Strength in building and managing customer relationships along with presenting to diverse audiences from Technical teams to Executives, etc.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns from initial idea to execution, including strong experience with measuring ROI and campaign analytics.
  • Successful experience building brand awareness and succeeding driving new prospects.
  • Experience managing marketing teams.

The candidate should be passionate about engaging with customers to maximize product value and improve peoples' health. Candidates should have past experience in Product Management or B2B SAAS pre-sales, and with a strong engineering basis.Responsibilities & Activities
      • Overall responsibility of the company’s customers portfolio
      • Onboarding customers: from executive alignment, through solution design until successful go-live.
      • Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities
      • Driving renewals and identifying up sell and cross-sell opportunities.
      • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors, champions and other stakeholders.
      • Establish and oversee the product launch process and customer adoption and engagement.
      • Working closely with our product team on the product roadmap, and communicating product changes and limitation strategically to the customers.
Requirements
      • 5 years minimum experience in Product Management/Pre-sale/Customer Success for companies with SaaS/DaaS business model. Preferred managerial experience.

Sales Development Representative – Israel based

BreezoMeter is seeking to employ its first Sales Development representative. Candidates should have experience in sales development in companies with a B2B and SAAS/DAAS business model and should have strong communication skills.

This position is an integral part of the sales and marketing Lead-to-Revenue machine and initiates the relationship between the company and prospects.

Responsibilities & Activities

  • Achieve monthly opportunities and sales meetings quotas
  • Follow up promptly and diligently on leads and inquiries, delivering a positive prospect experience throughout the process
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up
  • Establish qualification to move opportunities into the sales funnel
  • Conduct a large volume of outbound calls and emails (50+ daily) to customers and prospects to gather information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested parties who are interested in learning more about the company’s products and services
  • Daily integration with HubSpot CRM to adopt accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities
  • Conduct research to expand prospect list using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and other methods

Requirements

    • 2 years minimum experience as an SDR for companies with SaaS/DaaS business model.
    • Good verbal and written (email) communications skills.
    • Dynamic telephone presence.
    • Must have experience with HubSpot.
    • Drive, conscientiousness and perseverance to conduct outbound contacts daily.
    • Tech Savvy.

Content Marketer – Israel Based

* Candidate must be a native english speaker * BreezoMeter is looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various types of downloadable content and blog regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Create 12 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, etc.).
  • Blog on an ongoing basis (up to 3 times a week) to support and promote company products and attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, engineers, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Define the content calendar and meet the deadlines.
  • Define our tone of voice and ensure it stays consistent across all communications.
  • This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.
  • 10% travel to the US (Collaboration with US marketing team).

Skills

  • Ability to own a content project from ideation to delivery.
